  The floorplan design follows the original layout.   All appliances are new, Dometic refrigerator that operates off of propane or a dedicated 110v circuit, Attwood hot water heater also has a dedicated 110v circuit or propane.

A new rooftop Dometic air conditioner cools the camper down nicely, (fitted with correct condensation through body drain line) A new marine grade water pump circulates water from a new 20 gallon fresh water supply tank.  Propane system consists of new copper line run through a new regulator and new period correct aluminum 20 gallon tanks.   Electrical system is completely upgraded with a new electrical panel which controls the 110v and 12v systems, and modern wiring with grounded outlets. Energy efficient LED bulbs throughout even in the NOS light fixtures.

Plumbing is all new with PEX hot & cold lines run from front to back and all new original type ABS drain lines , the original & tested black water tank is in its original position with new waste valve.

Cabinetry is handcrafted from solid maple with cabinet grade plywood boxes, Counter tops made from red oak plywood finished with a food safe finish. NO particle board what so ever!  Flooring is carbonized solid bamboo lying and marine grade 3/4" plywood.  All windows have been removed, cleaned, reinstalled with new weather strip and window seals.

New electric tongue jack, new tires on freshly powder coated rims add to safe towing along with freshly repacked wheel bearings and brake service.
